Relocation Notice

To improve Polyhealth's service quality,  Polyhealth Specialist Centre (Jordan & Kowloon Hotel) will be relocated to 1/F, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon starting from April 11, 2023.

Relocated Polyhealth Specialist Centre includes:
1. Polyhealth Specialists (Jordan)

2.  Polyhealth Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Centre / Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre (Jordan)

3. Polyhealth Specialists (Kowloon Hotel)

4. Polyhealth Specialists Obstetrics & Gynaecology Centre (Kowloon Hotel)

5. Polyhealth Specialists Dermatology Centre (Kowloon Hotel)

How to get there?

MTR

1. Tsim Sha Tsui East Station Exit L4, walk for about 5 minutes via 1881 Heritage
2. Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit A1, walk along HaiPhong Road to Canton Road for about 7 minutes
3. East Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit L6, walk along Salisbury Road for about 7 minutes
